Danielle Shayne Shapero joined the Davidoff Law Firm in 2021 as an associate. Prior to joining the Firm, Danielle worked at a mid-sized law firm in New York City where she handled matters primarily in Employer/Employee disputes, Elder and Guardianship aw, Trust and Estates law, and Matrimonial disputes. Danielle is a skilled advocate whose creativity, coupled with her consideration of each client’s specific needs and unique background, assists her in developing individualized and creative strategies for resolving complex of matters.
Danielle grew up in Great Neck, New York, and then graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management. After college graduation, Danielle attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California where she obtained a Culinary Arts Certificate. After graduation from CIA she worked as a chef in various New York City restaurants. After her time as a chef, Danielle pursued her true passion in the law. Danielle received her J.D. from Cardozo Law School. While in law school, Danielle externed at several prestigious law firms, the Bronx Defenders, and served as an Articles Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.
Danielle has vast experience in commercial litigation from her involvement in various complex matters in various state and federal jurisdictions, as well as AAA. Danielle is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
