Ben Amsalam is an associate at Davidoff Law Firm and joined the firm in 2022. Ben’s passion for achieving justice for clients is an asset which has allowed him to excel in a very short period of time. Ben’s diverse work experience and business background has enabled him to approach complex legal matters in a novel way and always provide a distinct perspective. Ben spends ample time mastering the facts behind the clients’ unique predicaments and presents such to courts in an elegantly simple, yet comprehensive way to maximize our chances of prevailing.

Ben was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He then attended the University of Madison-Wisconsin where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, in 2013. After graduation from University of Madison-Wisconsin, Ben pursued a career in business as a project manager and then entrepreneur until realizing his true passion in life was in the legal profession. In 2019, Ben was admitted to Brooklyn Law School where he especially excelled in his practical courses and internship experiences. One of his more notable experiences was his time interning for a litigation firm that specialized in personal injury law, where he gained significant practical experience and refined his drafting skills to ensure he successfully kickstarted his career in litigation upon graduation from Brooklyn Law School. Ben also interned for the Brooklyn Law and Incubator and Policy (“BLIP”) Clinic where he represented innovative start-up companies, provided a wide array of transactional services, and further developed his business acumen, but from a legal perspective.

Ben represents clients’ interests zealously and creatively and works endlessly in his pursuit of justice. He is an integral part of our team and an exceptional advocate that is willing to go the extra mile and help clients with his entire heart.
